Five Dubai Wedding Venues to Compare Before Booking
Wedding Venues · July 16, 2025
Dubai offers beachfront resorts, golf-club lawns, hotel ballrooms and smaller marina settings. This comparison uses five established venue types to help couples identify what to inspect. It does not quote old package prices because minimum spends, capacities, spaces and event policies can change by date.
Request current written proposals for the same guest count and programme before deciding.
One&Only Royal Mirage: resort and outdoor setting
This style of resort can suit couples who want landscaped surroundings with hotel accommodation. Ask the events team which lawn, courtyard or indoor space is offered for your date and whether the areas are exclusive.
Confirm the ceremony-to-dinner route, outdoor sound limits, guest rooms, supplier access and the exact indoor weather alternative.

Emirates Golf Club: flexible outdoor space
A golf-club lawn can provide greenery and a more open layout. The trade-off may be additional furniture, production, weather and transport planning.
Ask when the event team can access the lawn, what is already included and how golf operations or other guests affect privacy and setup.
Madinat Jumeirah: ballroom and resort logistics
Large hotel ballrooms can work for high guest counts, extensive production or multi-event celebrations. Compare the available ballroom, pre-function space, private entrance, ceiling, rigging, kitchen access and room-block options.
Do not assume every ballroom has the same music timing or supplier rules. Request the policy for the exact room.
Vida Dubai Marina: smaller city celebration
An intimate hotel or marina setting may suit a ceremony, dinner or engagement-scale event. Check seated capacity after the stage and dining layout are added, along with privacy from hotel guests and alternative space if the outdoor area cannot be used.
Address Montgomerie: garden and golf-course atmosphere
A garden setting with an indoor area can give couples a ceremony and dinner transition in one property. Confirm which outdoor and indoor spaces are contracted, how guests move between them and whether both are held for your event.
Compare the five options fairly
Send every venue the same brief:
- event date and flexible alternatives;
- guest-count range and seating style;
- ceremony, reception and after-party timings;
- catering and beverage requirements;
- décor, entertainment and production needs;
- guest rooms and transport; and
- accessibility, prayer and family-space requirements.
Then compare the complete written cost: venue or minimum spend, menus, furniture, technical equipment, service charges, outside-supplier fees, overtime, rooms and weather backup.
Site-visit checklist
Photograph the guest entrance, ceremony view, pre-function area, dining room, toilets, prayer facilities, loading route and backup space. Visit near the intended ceremony time to assess light, temperature and surrounding activity.
The best venue is the one that fits the couple’s priorities and runs comfortably for their guests—not necessarily the place with the most dramatic first photograph. Use the Dubai wedding venue hub to compare more options and the venue selection checklist during visits.
